Program Overview

 

By following our Lite for Life program, you will lose adipose tissue (fat) while still maintaining body muscle. You will develop a more positive self-image while learning how attitudes and emotions affect your relationship with foods. You will also learn which foods your body requires in order to ensure that your nutritional needs are met.

Our experienced counselors are committed to educating, supporting, and motivating you during and after your weight loss.

During your private consultations, you are weighed, your program and food intake reviewed and new goals established. Because of the foods we recommend, the timing of the foods and our specially formulated supplements, you will lose weight steadily without experiencing hunger cravings or compromising your health.

The eating plan for this program is simple. You won't have to count calories or add points. We will teach you how to make proper healthy choices so you can enjoy a variety of foods that are well-balanced and portion controlled.
